Bastian Ferdinand
|bio | tracker |

Image
Seventh in line to the Prussian throne, Prince Friedrich Sebastian Ferdinand of Prussia left home two years ago when his first military command ended in disaster. Fritz (as his family knew him) died on the field, but Bastian survived and signed on to a merchant vessel and has never looked back. He resides in Venice now as the apprentice to a merchant, claiming to be the illegitimate son of a minor lord from Westphalia.

Friends
A number of merchants and sailors count Bastian as friend, including Beppin Pasqualigo. He hasn't been exposed to much of Venice's nobility but with his princely charm and educated background, he makes friends wherever he goes.

Enemies
None currently outspoken, but there is a chance his master Vincenzo owes you money. The man tends to be slippery and Bastian is easier to find. Prussia is also not know for respecting its neighbours' borders. Someone out there surely takes offence to the Hohenzollern rule. Or maybe Bastian once looked at someone the wrong way.

Lovers
None as of yet, though Bastian is not actively pursuing romance. He's hesitant to pledge himself to another should the truth about him come to light and a commoner be inducted into the royal family, or a royal bastard produced. He's also not overly fond of lying to people so he tries to keep a distance from most. That said, he's not necessarily against a roll in the hay.

Looking For
Merchant contacts, drinking buddies, friends of a political persuasion, someone to talk to.

Fintan McKenna
|bio | tracker |

Image
Fintan has been to hell and back but has returned stronger than ever. He's an Irishman through and through and a devout Catholic. He's the captain of Ascalon, his own ship that is contracted by the Venetian Navy to guard their waters. He is afforded a title and some influence with this station, which is a step up from privateering in the West Indies and Saint-Malo. Fintan is a little rough around the edges, still enjoying a good prize fight every once in a while but has let go of past grudges.

Friends
Fintan surrounds himself with good people and is always looking for new people to talk and drink with. He's as fierce a friend as one can ask for and never turns a blind eye to injustice. He's someone who might come in handy in your corner, but he does not take betrayal lightly.

Enemies
Fintan has few enemies save for pirates. Lawlessness he cannot abide.

Lovers
Not right now.

Looking For
Anything and everything.

Finley McKenna
|bio | tracker |

Image
Finley is, in short, a horrible person. He has committed fraud, forgery, contracted assassinations, performed them himself, even sold his own brother into servitude. He has gotten away with all of it. Legally, that is. Karma is not his friend and it tends to exact punishment swiftly. He's not someone you want to spend a great deal of time around, but he's charming as hell and by looking at him one would never know he's a snake in the grass.

Friends
He hasn't got many of those. He's got clients though. Those count, right?

Enemies
None in Venice as of yet, but that could change. No one has caught on to him quite yet.

Lovers
Don't do it. If you care at all about your character's well-being don't do it.

Looking For
Anything and everything. Need legal advice? Finley's your man. Wills, contracts, birth and death certificates, adoption papers, even accounting are services he provides. He can also create excellent forgeries of all of the above. Anything of a legal (or less than legal) nature he can do.

Fletcher
|bio | tracker |

Image
Fletcher, once known as Colin McKenna, is the younger brother of Fintan and Finley. He has a troubled past, having spent over a decade as a pirate, but has turned over a new leaf in Venice. After too many close calls he has dedicated himself to the Lord as a priest, running a small chapel down by the docks for sailors and the destitute as some small way of atoning for his sins. It appears as though Fletcher has given up all semblance of his former life and dedicated himself to the church, but appearance isn't everything. Nobles have been seen on occasion attending confession in his chapel, those with sins they would not like circulating among the loose lips of the bishops and clergy so close to the Doge.

Friends
He considers few people true friends, but is always available for small talk and theological discussions.

Enemies
Too many to count, though he has put them behind him. Very few in Venice know of his sorted past and he'd like to keep it that way.

Lovers
Kind of frowned upon, but not out of the question.

Looking For
Anything and everything.
